I'm a Superintendent with Toronto Paramedic Services, currently working in the Scheduling unit โ making sure the right people are in the right place when seconds count. It's complex, high-stakes work that I've been doing in one form or another for over twenty years.
In that time I've dispatched emergency calls, led training and quality improvement programs, supervised communications centres, and most recently developed an AI-powered tool that helps staff instantly access policies and procedures. I like solving problems, and I like making things work better.
Away from work, I live in Consecon, Ontario with my two doodles. I keep bees, cook whenever I can, and try to hold onto the things that remind you why the work matters in the first place.
Recognition
Three decades of public service, recognized at the city and national level.
